Our BEST Unit! This upstairs Suite is DIRECTLY on the beach with wrap around balcony and two sets of double wooden French doors opening to the commanding ocean/beach view and Caribbean breezes. Very Private. Watch the sea right from bed as you sip Champagne, or relax on the outdoor palapa-shaded balcony in your private Yucatan hammock. This suite features a large queen size bed, sleeps 1 or 2 quite comfortably. A Private bathroom & shower of course. Available with mini-bar fridge upon request. Listen to the waves all night and enjoy the cool ocean breezes, or watch the magnificent sunsets.

BEACH VIEW UNIT #3

Adjoins #4. This charming end unit with 1 double bed, hot and cold water, shares the ocean view patio with # 5 & 4, great economy room just seconds from the BEST Beach in Holbox!

OCEANFRONT VIEW DOUBLE #4

Adjoins #5. This unit is smaller in size & shares the same ocean view outdoor patio. Since it has only the bathroom window, Air conditioning is available for $15 per night extra. Double french wooden doors open onto patio. Very cute, has 1 matrimonial (double bed) sleeps 1 or 2, huge rustic wooden Mexican wardrobe closet.

OCEANFRONT VIEW DOUBLE SUITE #5

This suite is up a short flight of stairs & is above the Casa Principal and has a shared outdoor patio with commanding views of the sea. This spacious suite features a larger living area than #7 or #8 & has 1 matrimonial (double) bed. Large bathroom & shower with hot and cold water. Small rustic table and chair set, sofa settee.

This unit is upstairs so it catches the cool ocean breezes. Sleeps 1 or 2 comfortably.

DOUBLE LOWER GARDEN AREA #6

Two matrimonial (double) beds, sleeps up to four. This is a very spacious first-floor room with red tile flooring, rustic furnishing. Full bath & shower w/ hot & cold water. Tastefully decorated, this room is in a tropical garden area just steps to the beach. This room is available with Air Conditioning AC Optional $15 per night to cover electricity.

GARDEN DOUBLE #7 & 8

Unit 7 is a very private room, perfect for single person or couple. Features one matrimonial (double) bed. Sleeps 1 or 2. Full bath & shower with hot & cold water. Small palapa area in garden with table & chairs for relaxation. Again just steps to the beach through a tropical garden & mature coconut palms. This Unit is also Available with Air Conditioning (AC) for $15 per night.

Unit 8 adjoins 7. Everything Exactly the same but no AC Available
